LINKS Management Solutions handles HOA Collections needs for your community.
We process the collection of assessments, fees, and violations in-house, simplifying the process for our HOA and individual homeowners. Each of our Homeowners’ Associations sets its own rules and requirements in its governing documents to decide when and if any delinquent HOA collections should be sent to a Collections Attorney.
For regular dues, assessment fees, or other payments we offer secure payment processing in the form of checks, ACH fund transfers, debit, or credit cards. Online payment is available through your HOA Payment Portal to help you pay any assessment or fee with ease.

Though we prefer to handle HOA Delinquent Assessment Collections in-house, we also know that sometimes the HOA community is best served by turning over delinquent accounts to a collections attorney to resolve accounts that seem otherwise unrecoverable. To ensure quick results and no lasting financial impact on the HOA community budget, we turn over delinquent accounts once they are in violation of the individual association’s governing documents, with the standard time usually being at or around 6 months delinquent.
The final decision on sending any homeowner’s delinquent account is left to the HOA’s Board of Directors.
