LINKS Management Solutions is a Homeowners’ Association Management firm founded and headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado by CEO Andrea Jones. Andrea shifted careers to HOA Management in 2017 and immediately fell in love with this line of work that allowed her to marry her enviable capability to create process efficiencies with her unmatched ability to foster lasting professional relationships built on a foundation of trust.
In the years since she has supported the creation and growth of several association management companies throughout the Southern Colorado communities before realizing the larger impact, she could make by building her own company.

Andrea Jones’ experience in customer service and management began well before her HOA career. Prior to finding a passion for homeowners’ association management, Andrea worked in luxury cosmetic sales, retail apparel management, commercial banking, and supply chain procurement. Through these experiences, Andrea helped those companies scale, foster colleague development, and deliver excellent customer experience and customer service. Andrea continues her history of building lasting relationships and outstanding customer experience and service through her work with HOAs by focusing on the care and details of each community she serves.
